Synopsis.
Sandra Paoli could not save her brother from his fall during a swap of weapons for drugs. He is in prison now and the clan has stopped spreading fear. When he is released from incarceration, the family blows apart and the men choose their sides. The struggle pitting brother against sister is their most bitter and violent battle.
